COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Café Racer 15™ features aromas of bright citrus and resinous pine from the generous use of Citra, Amarillo, Cascade and Chinook hops which are complimented by a dry malt finish. The result is a high revving Double IPA that is loud and assertive, much like the rebellious street racers who inspired it. Never ride alone...

gnoff (9861) - Mölndal, SWEDEN - MAR 16, 2016
Draught at 3 små rum, Göteborg, on March 15, 2016.
Cloudy copper to brown color, big lasting teal head. Sweet, malty, fruity, citrus scent. Sweet, bitter, some caramel taste. Bitter aftertaste. Medium to full mouthfeel, medium high bitterness.
Comes through as too strong, too bitter, not enough hop freshness. Still a great beer, just nothing I feel like having straight after once more.

På fat på tre små rum. Ljus grumlig Dipa. Doftar???? Svagt av persika och apelsin samt lite ekträ. Smakar ??? Apelsin mycket tydligt sen kommer fin grape och alla möjliga citrus frukter. Mycket fräsch Dipa. West coast stil till 100%. Medel till fyllig Dipa.

Apricot honey toffee sweetness with some roasted nuts. Citrus pine assertive bitterness. medium full body with just enough carb to accentuate hops. Excellent.
