COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Café Racer 15™ features aromas of bright citrus and resinous pine from the generous use of Citra, Amarillo, Cascade and Chinook hops which are complimented by a dry malt finish. The result is a high revving Double IPA that is loud and assertive, much like the rebellious street racers who inspired it. Never ride alone...

Citric, resinous, grapefruit, orange marmalade, alcohol, pine, pineapple. Amber colour, medium off-white head, good amount of lacing. Big bite, heavy sweetness, ABV evident, fruity notes from the hops, grapefruit dominates, but also a lot of caramel. ABV well integrated. Fullbodied, soft carbonation, bitter finish. Enjoyable and well made, I had higher hopes though.

Dries a little on the finish, citrus peel, slight wet grass, a bit of alcohol. Medium bodied, average carbonation. Maybe lacks a little bit of bitterness to balance sweet malts, but a nice DIPA all the same.

konungen (631) - - MAR 19, 2016
Guldfärgad lätt grumlig öl med mörkt vitt skum. Riktigt balanserad öl med en doft av färsk fräsch humle, väldigt fruktig. Man finner tropiska frukter, sötma, lätt maltighet, lagom beska, hade kanske önskat lite mer kolsyra. Men en riktigt bra öl! ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Mad_Ferret (1023) - Stockholm, SWEDEN - MAR 18, 2016
UPDATED: APR 1, 2016 Bomber from SB. Best by 04/14/2016. Hazy golden orange with a nice big thick fluffy off white head which leaves a nice lace. Nice sweet juicy fruity hoppy aroma with bright caramel, grapefruit, peach, papaya, mango, bubblegum, pine and alcohol. Taste follows suite with the same bright light caramel sweetness and fruity mix of grapefruit and dried tropical fruits topped with a big piney bitterness and slightly hot alcohol presence. Full bodied with soft carbonation and an oily sticky and slightly boozy mouthfeel. Tasty! I think it’s fresh enough. It’s big, sweet, bitter and slightly hot, but it all comes together nicely. Big in a good way.
