On tap at Churchill’s Pub and Grille, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Nose is quite dank on the hops, with some pot-like notes in there and biscuity malt. Flavour is similar, with dank hops, some pine and a pleasantly dry and astringent finish. Nicely constructed, with plenty of depth and punch. Lovely.

On tap at Churchill’s. Clear golden pour with a white head. Citrus hop bouquet. Citrus and orange zest hop highlights. Well balanced with a sturdy caramel malt backbone. Plenty of Mosaic hops here. The wheat adds some creaminess. Good body and mouthfeel. I dig it.

(En fût au Churchill’ Pub & Grille): Des agrumes grandement pulpeuses dans un corps riche et légèrement lacté. L’amertume est vigoureuse et très verte, chlorophyllé et florale.

Pours a hazy, dark golden orange color with apricot edges and a two finger pillowy white head. Great retention, only slowly settling into a lasting cap/ring. Soapy lacing left behind. Floral, resinous hop aroma with a slight onion-y/summit presence along with earthy grass and tropical/citrus fruit. Pine needle character with biscuit malt, slight caramel, mango, pineapple and orange peel. Medium bodied with a crisp, oily resinous hop bite that lingers over the tropical fruit notes and pale malt backbone into a slightly dry finish. Crisp, clean and easy to drink with bitter, grassy hops followed by grapefruit, orange peel and papaya sweetness. Really well balanced with fruit and light malt notes countering the earthy bitterness of the hops. Really drinkable with an invisible ABV. Very nice!

On draft at Churchills. Clear golden pour, with a bubbly off white head. Citrus, a bit grassy, mango, melon, biscuit, mild notes of rye, and somewhat dank. Tasty and refreshing. I would drink this again.
