Sample at Rattle N Hum. This beer is a dark orange color with a medium thick off-white head that recedes gradually. Small patches of lacing on the glass. Fruity aroma with notes of malt and yeast. Medium body with flavors of tart fruit, peppery yeast and malt. The finish is fruity up front with an earthy yeast aftertaste. Decent overall. gyllenbock (9153) - Stockholm, SWEDEN - FEB 17, 2014
From bottle at Jupiter during Sour Sunday 2014.
Clear amber with a small head. Aroma of cherries, oak, funk and red wine. Not a bad one but a bit on the thin side. Fairly sour finish.

Tap (Bear Republiv): slight haze, brown with low to medium head. Huge lift of something unpleasant. Dominated by chemical and stone thing woody or herbaceous. Dry, sour, bitter and phenolic. Dense and long
Bloody unpleasant chemical or brown spice. Bacterial spoilage was good but dominated.
Maybe a strange Brett character. mcberko (17809) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - DEC 24, 2013
On tap at Bear Republic, pours a hazy amber orange with a small beige head. Aroma is very complex, with loads of wild yeast, oak barrels, and some lightly tart fruits. Flavour is exceedingly complex, full of an amazing blend of wild yeast, followed by oak wood barrels, and very subtle lightly tart fruitiness. The wild yeasts create an amazingly complex and elegant flavour profile. Highly drinkable, not revealing any of the 9%. Awesome stuff. VastActiv (7032) - Oulu/Helsinki, FINLAND - DEC 7, 2013

Aroma is mild and sour. Flavors is sour fruit, toasted malts and woody
Decent, easy drinking
On tap @ Downtown Johnny Brown’s: Appeared a dark mahogany almost amber tinted liquid with a decent formation of foam head which eventually retreated. Aroma is sour with a notice of spruce and funky yeast that I am unable to describe. The flavor is dominated by sourness and also has a sticky sweet malts profile that is almost syrup tasting like but I wouldn’t go as far as to say it’s actual syrup used in the beer. Flavor is weird though and seems almost watery in the finish.
