Brewed with Pilsner and Vienna malts and a light touch of noble hops, this light, pale lager is malty yet crisp and refreshing.

12 ounce bottle. Pours a pale clear gold with a decent white head. Aroma of malt, grain, and grass. Taste is malt, grain, grass, and a bit of citrus. OK.

It pours golden with low head retention. It has aromas of bread and spices. There is a light apple notes as well. There are moderate bread flavors. The spicy flavors are moderate to low with light apple notes as well. It is moderately bitter. It has a moderately light body. Overall, this is a quality example of a Czech Pilsner with the balance being toward the bready malts.

Bottle. It's not very good. Golden in color with an ok two finger head. Aroma is a weak grain smell. Taste is just chemical bitterness. Just didn't care for it.

I’m pretty impressed with this Pilsner. Light and relatively dry. Watery finish with no overwhelming taste or aromas, yet this yields a pleasant, clean finish.

Tap at Craft Brewed. Pours a clear gold with a finger of foam that dissipates quickly. Grassy nose, light lemony notes. Very fine seltzer-like carbonation. Minerally finish but kind of watery. Not really a lot going on, just too watery and overly carbonated.

oobawa (1961) - Tennessee, USA - SEP 11, 2017
Rather weak pils, overly fruity and sweet with a light noble bite and a bready, muddled finish. Lots of apple esters and cereal grains, far more than expected, and the floral bitterness on the back end never overtakes the growing yeastiness that closes out the pint. Fades tangy and dirty, lacking the needed bright, grassy pilsner notes you want. Bready nose, and the pour comes out okay, a bold, clear yellow-gold but lacking in head or lace. Good bubbly pils feel, but otherwise not a good take on the style.

Clear straw yellow pour with aroma of citrus, grain, and corn. Citrus flavor with grain and some corn. Pretty decent.

Pale gold and clear appearance with an average white head. Mild aroma of pilsner malts, noble hops and a touch of herbs and spice. Similar flavor, crisp, mild spicy bitterness and light malty sweetness. Easy to drink with a refreshing finish.

Aroma is spicy German hops and very doughy. The flavor is citrus, malts/pale malts and a berry/spicy hop finish.

Suttree (6608) - Knoxville, Tennessee, USA - AUG 11, 2017
Yellow, slightly hazy, with no head to speak of. Smells like corn and grassy notes, Taste is lightly sweet, with some corn and pine notes. Smooth, lightly viscous palate.
