*Cuvée 2015 - (En fût au O‘Brien‘s): Une purée de mangue juteuse et épicée, des agrumes tranchantes et un corps céréalier invitant la haute buvabilité.

On tap @ Grape & Grain. Very lightly hazed burnt orange colored beer with a white head. Juicy peach and orange aromas. Some grass and pine. Maybe a bit of brown sugar. A little bit on the herbal and resinous side. The flavor is quite a bit more bitter than I’d like. It’s also a bit sweet and malty. Some caramel, brown sugar, and sweet citrus. Decent bit of stone fruit as well. Very grassy and herbal finish and bitterness. Slightly funky and sweaty. Weird.

>> Low haze glowing light golden pour, excellent white lace. Nose is fresh yellow mango juice with sugar, mango cocktail, canned mango. Taste is whoa baby, like drinking mango juice pulp with bitter mango peel. Yummy yummy. Super fun beer.

Draft at Toad in the Hole. Cloudy deep gold with fine white foam and superlative lacing. Nutmeg, ginseng, lemon, and woody stems are available from a restrained bouquet. Flavors are bigger, with lots of grapefruit, melon, and sage. Pleasingly bitter finish with lowish carbonation.

Pours a golden color with white head. Citrus, hop, floral, honey and malt aroma and flavors. Medium body and carbonation with prominent bitterness. Floral finish.
