On tap at O’Briens in San Diego during their annual wet hop beer weekend in 2013; backlogged rating. Really tasty, sappy IPA. Not much in my old tasting notes, just my rating numbers...

Saw them hook up the keg Jan 10th @ the Alehouse . Poured very hazy orange with a white head. Very slight smells of a typical IPA - a little pine and tropical fruit. The taste was not like the smell. Earthy, iced tea, grassy (but not in a belgium beer way), with hints of spruce and a touch of sweetness. Thought about sending it back but it improved a little with temp and time. Medium body, dry finish. Almost like a good homebrew & didn’t taste like a 7.5%. Just not feeling it. reggiedunlop (3725) - The dub c, Pennsylvania, USA - DEC 30, 2013
Pours a hazy orange/tan with a medium white head. Aroma has notes of tea and earthy hops...light citrus. Flavor follows suit...definitely more earthy and tea-like with only hints of citrus. Mouthfeel is medium and lively with a dry earthy/tea finish. skmikeg (1826) - Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA - NOV 10, 2013
On ta at Urge. Pours a medium orange with a one finger white head with a little lacing. Aroma is of citrus, grass, pine, herbal hops, dank weed, tropical fruits, and some sweet fruits. Taste is pretty similar to the aroma with some nice grassy and tangy tropical fruit notes. Has a medium body with a creamy mouthfeel and a semi dry, medium long, semi bitter finish. Overall, a tasty and drinkable wet hop IPA.

Draft. Grandpa instead of grandma this year. Amber beer with a cream head. Grapefruit and pine aroma. Pine and grapefruit flavor. Medium bodied. Good bitterness. Pine and grapefruit lingers with light woodsiness.
