On tap at World of Beer (Charlottesville, VA). Dry snappy hop aromas, zesty almost. Hazy yellow-straw with a fairly lasting white head. Pretty dry, hops are earthy, piney, malts are crackery. Medium bodied, sharp.

Draft at source. Strong juicy and tropical hop aroma is very inviting. Fairly clear pale yellow. Taste follows with a nice malt backbone without being caramel or toffee. Really nice.

Sample on tap at the brewpub. Lightly hazy gold pour with super lacy foamy white head. Aroma is very spicy, fruity, lemony wheat notes. Taste is quite bitter, grassy, lemon zest, light graininess, lots of rye. Palate is med bodied with light carbonation, dry.

Tap at the California Brewers Showcase Festival. Pours hazy gold with a creamy off-white head. Aroma seems quite citrus with a touch of earth/rye. Med +body. Flavor is very hop forward, making me think of cluster, its rather citrus/fruit/rye/earth and nearly dank. Wow!

Draft at Harrys Hofbrau. Pours a hazy yellow with full white head. The wheat is very much on display here with a spiciness that marries well with the hop flavor. Hops are tropical. Very bitter - which detracted from the beer.

On tap at the Faction Ales for ALS festival 2015. It pours a pale gold color with an off white head. The aroma is grassy and potent with orange and lemon. The flavor is equally good with more citrus, spice and florals. Very orange forward with good complexity in the nose and on the palate. This was one of the best IPAs out of the 30-40 I tried at the festival. Well done.
