on tap at La Save du Vin for Cleveland Beer Week, poured into a tuliup
a: copper/orange hue, prickely 1/2" head with good retention
s: flowery and piny hop aroma, slight caramel malt
t: good malt backbone feature the floral, grapefruit, pine hop profile. Talked with the owner of Bear Rep. while sampling. He noted the finishing hops used are a hybrid of East Kent Goldings and Centennial.
m&d: slick mouth, medium bodied. Very drinkable DIPA.
22 ounce bottle. A hop bomb that will leave you blind, bleeding and screaming for your mama. Hazy Amber orange with a rocky beige head. Spiderweb lacing. At 100 IBUs, this a lupilin lovers wet dream. Don't drink this one alone. Palme (4856) - Bergen, NORWAY - MAY 31, 2017
On tap @ Rattle N Hum. This is a mild blurry looking golden colored one with a nice medium sized just off-white head. Smells really good I have to say. It’s one of those melony tropical ones. Peaches, mango, slightly green piney and there’s also lots of hops here. Bitter and sweet. Thick oily on the texture and it’s just below the on the carbonation. Fresh, piney. Sticky marmalade tones. Really good tasting this. 17.06.2015 shawnmurphy (666) - Plattsburgh, New York, USA - MAR 30, 2017
22-ounce bottle pours slightly hazy golden with a big foamy off-white head. Aroma: peach, mango, pineapple, pine needles. Flavor: all of the above plus tangerine and pine nuts (it has a nutty flavor to it). Mouthfeel: luscious, creamy, almost oily texture on the tongue and in the mouth. Balanced and smooth. AT 9.2 percent alcohol, proceed with caution! GlennHendry (528) - OSHAWA, Ontario, CANADA - SEP 7, 2016
Aroma is rich with ripe citrus and toffee. Something else, too, but I can’t figure it out. Taste is grapefruit and pine with lots of caramel, resiny sweetness. Bitter and boozy. This is a big (and beautiful) beer. madmitch76 (26413) - , Essex, ENGLAND - AUG 20, 2016

Hazy amber - gold beer, tidy cream colour head. Palate is light, smooth and has reasonable fine carbonation. Smooth malts, mildly sweet. Hops bring a pithy citrus. Mild tropical fruits. Spicy orange before a light finish. Nice enough.
Tap at Muddy Waters. Still get excited to see this brewery distribute more and more offerings in Mpls. Nose is heavy on pine resin and a slight floral hop note. Golden orange appearance...clear and filtered. Lacing is decent. Head quick to dissipate. Taste and mouthfeel have strong resin characteristics with an alcohol bite. Pine and hoppyness come into play with a slight cloying nature. Very nice finish with the malty backbone serving as a capable foil to the bitterness of the hops. Bigger and badder than Racer 5 and Grand Am but again very high quality. WillRunForBeer (2803) - Massachusetts, USA - AUG 10, 2016
Bomber shared by Chalumeaux. Thanks, TJ! No bottle date. Pours golden brown with an off white head. Aroma is caramel, earthy spice. Flavor is caramel, toffee, grass. Chalumeaux (1848) - Middleton, Massachusetts, USA - AUG 10, 2016
Poured from bottle purchased at Redstone Andover hazy orange with a one finger white head. Aromas of caramel malt some spice and citrus. Taste is malty caramel spicy citrus rind and bitter hop finish. r464 (2377) - Earth, Pennsylvania, USA - AUG 6, 2016
Nicely balanced, though strong with hops. Some grapefruit-like bitterness, full and punchy. A nice IPA I would certainly get again. deyholla (12583) - Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA - JUL 28, 2016
On tap at Stanley’s. Pours a clear orange with a white head that dissipates to the edges and laces. Aroma has strong pine supported by sweet grains and a bit resin. Flavor combines sweet citrus, pine and resin with slightly sweet and boozy grains supporting.
