"BR’s dark mexican lager is another solid effort. usually an unimpressive style, this one was smooth and sweet. caramel in the nose and flavor, with just enough hops to provide a delicate balance. a nice brown ale."

Draft sample @ brewery during RBSG09. Pours a clear dark brown with a large off white head. The aroma. which was very light, was roasted malt with mildly sweet caramel and a touch of cocoa. The flavor was much of the same; roasted malts, caramel and cocoa. Nothing really stood out with this beer.
