Don't know what the hype is all about. Didn't care much for this one. Drinkable but nothing to exciting KaptenBoelja (7) - SWEDEN - AUG 21, 2017 does not count
Tested from bottle. 8° C. at home.
Lovely head high and almost snowwhite. Pleasent aroma with a promise of loads of hops. Label indicates "aggressive beer", but mouthfeel is only very pleasent, hoppy but not aggressive. It is very balanced, lots of aromatic hops and a beautiful body to go with it. The 7,5% ABV is not intrusive.
This is an almost perfect brew that the brewmaster must be proud of. I could drink this beer the whole evening. THANKS Shain (176) - ISRAEL - AUG 18, 2017
Bottle, 330ml. Huge foamy head. Hoppy aroma, mild bitterness, good carbonation. Simple but strong hop flavor, nice. Head is big and lasting, with a pleasent texture and flavor. Very good. _mgc_ (4) - - AUG 9, 2017 does not count

2015 BJCP Category: 21A American IPA
AROMA: Moderately strong orange and lemon citrus (though I suspect the lemon character may be oxidation). Slight candy/floral character, too. 8/12
APPEARANCE: Rusty copper-orange hue (9-11 SRM). Large creamy beige head. Retains and laces well. 3/3
FLAVOR: Moderately-strong orange and lemon citrus (lemon flavor very likely due to oxidations). Some floral hop flavor as well. Bitterness doesn’t seem as strong as advertised (75 IBUs) - could be due to age. Malt base creates for a general sweetness, but nothing specific. Slight lingering citrus pith and faint astringency. No alcohol presence. 14/20
MOUTHFEEL: Medium-full body; medium carbonation. Surprisingly smooth creamy texture. No alcohol warmth for 7.5% ABV; but doesn’t feel like such a big beer. 3/5
OVERALL IMPRESSION: When fresh this can be world class, but a typical bottle is just plain good. 7/10
TOTAL SCORE: 35/50
Gotta get in on that hoppy hour while it's still hot. Looking to crush these while I can. Hella good IPA

A good and solid IPA, but at the same time not an earth shattering IPA. Might be accustomed to the bigger IPA’s of WA and OR. That said, there is nothing about this beer which is negative. Drink up, cheers...!
