A - Pours copper orange with a small one finger tall white head leaving small streaks of lace down the glass.
S - Smells of citric hops, pine resin, tropical fruits, and plenty of sweet caramel malt. It didn’t smell too bad but it didn’t smell great either.
T - Starts off with a big dose of pungent citric hops quickly giving way to a mix of sweet caramel malt, sticky pine resin, and dulled tropical fruits. The sweetness only grows as the beer warms up. The finish is a mix of sweetness and dulled hop bitterness, lingering on the pallet for quite awhile.
M - Medium body and flavor with moderate carbonation. Sweet, hoppy, feel that clings to the pallet long after each sip.
O - I had this one right away so it had to have been near the top of the keg, yet it just didn’t do it for me. Don’t get me wrong, it was still a good beer, but not as good as I was hoping it would be.
Sampled on draft at Hou Thou this beer poured a cloudy orange-brown color with a small foamy orange-white head that lingered and left a bit of lacing. The aroma was tangy, sweet, piney and herbal. The flavor was tangy, piney, herbal, earthy, boozy and had a bit of tobacco. Long finish. Moderately full bodied. Decent. biirusaikou (2705) - - JUN 13, 2014
An outstanding IIPA, great balance of caramalt and citrus hops. A torrent of fruity hoppiness with a high drinkability. Stuu666 (14841) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - JUN 5, 2014

Clear medium orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, caramel, sweet malt, moderate to heavy hoppy, citrus, orange - citrus, mango. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, riped fruit, orange, mango, hoppy, medium dry. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.
Bottle from the Liquor Barn in Redding, CA. Pours a copper color with just the slightest of an amber hue. This is my favorite type of DIPA. Nicely balanced with hop and malt. Flavors of citrus, especially grapefruit are present. NICE!!!! wilderthanyou (758) - Guelph, CANADA - APR 26, 2014
Pours a deep burnt orange with a thin sticky white head. Aroma is a good balance of hoppy citrus, pine, tropical fruit, and malty biscuite, toffee and caramel. The flavour is also well balanced, resinous hops, grapefruit, tropic fruit, passion fruit, sweet malts mingle in, highlighting the sweet passion fruit notes which seems to be the star of the show. Super solid. rlgk (18844) - Göteborg, SWEDEN - APR 15, 2014
Draught at Churchills Pub & Grille, San Marcos. Deep golden beer with a small offwhite head. Malty caramel aroma, citrus, cream, raisins, citrus, floral, pine apples, oranges, some mango. Malty citrus flavor, caramel, oranges, floral, mango, some grapefruit, some cream. Good but on the sweet side. Lonick (2537) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - APR 10, 2014
Bottle @ The Lets do a Chris O tasting. Pours amber/golden other than a really deep and long lasting pine smell nothing very one toned on the nose. Big caramel flavour, its not a bad beer just very two toned.
