>> Brilliantly clear golden with sparkling soda carbonation, wispy white lace. Complex, nuanced hop aroma nose of orange sherbet, champagne, kumquat, candied lemon, yellow cake. Grassy and dry taste with orange rind, cinnamon, candied lemon, yellow cake. Not too bitter, very interesting.
Orange/gold with a slight haze, two-finger white head and nice lace. Herbal/floral hop aromas above a mild caramel malt base. Flavor is mostly floral hop bitterness highlights over a very mildly sweet malt base. Medium body, lively carbonation and a creamy mouthfeel. richiesd (31) - California, USA - JUL 2, 2012
On tap @ Bear Republic in Healdsburg.
This is my first experience with this hop varietal, and I must say that it’s pretty unique. Apparently it’s a french hop varietal, but it has this very distinct medicinal quality. Lightly herbal, nice finish. I’m actually sort of a fan of this one (it’s the 1st of the specialty sampler that I’ve finished here). JoeMcPhee (9451) - Toronto, ON, Ontario, CANADA - JUN 27, 2012
Hazy orange colour with a tight white head. The aroma is pretty nice - a sort of orange and herbal character along with a little bit of spice. Some nice fruit and an assertive bitterness. A bit of an unusual sort of floral character. Decent, but not great.

At THE LOCAL beer Bar in Eureka, CA on draft. It came in the glass a golden amber with a creamy off-white head with good lacing rings. The nose is pine hops, with some lemon and floral notes. Medium in body with a slick and clean mouthfeel. The flavor is bitter, but a really nice version of bitterness. There is a lot of citrus in here. The bitterness continues over into the finish. I could drink this all day. I don’t know much about the Aramis hop, but it stands up quite well on its own.
