In short: A well malted and well hopped fruity blond IPA. Good beer.dogfishho (669) - Bloomfield, New Jersey, USA - MAR 28, 2013
How: Tap at La Taberna Lupulo, San Juan, PR.
The look: Clear dark blond body topped by a medium white head.
In long: Nose is medium-hoppy with the mostly fruity hops coming as peaches, pears, pineapples and also a floral component. Taste has a solid malt backbone, honeyed cereals, a pastry sensation. Hopping is mostly fruity (same fruits I got from the aroma, peaches, pears, pineapples) and there is a strong resinous component. Bitterness level of medium intensity. Well balanced beer, a satisfying offering that is part-nourishing and part-refreshing. I’m rating this Rebellion and I am bravely adding a “You go guys!” in support to the Syrian uprising, because I’m that kind of badass knows-no-fear person.
Pours a dirty orange color with nice clarity. There's a great creamy head that sticks around for a while. The aroma is a nice piney resiny note with a touch of biscuit and candied orange. The palate entry is smooth with the sweetness of the malts and the quick bitterness of the hops hitting you at the same time. Unremarkable but solid.

On tap at brewery. Clear light orange with a fizzy white head. Classic grapefruit, caramel, and light pine aroma and taste with a low bitterness and a well balanced bready finish. Smooth bright medium bodied palate. Nice.
