I guess the Rebellion series is a bunch of single hop IPAs, or something close to that. This was on tap at Rattle’n’Hum. A dry IPA with soft honey notes - tangy and hoppy, and mellow but still strong hop flavor. There was lace on the glass, and a bit of something like phosphorous too. Good. ttutony (944) - Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA - APR 25, 2012
Hazy copper color in the glass with a white head. Aroma of citrus and resin hops. Has a slight spiciness in the malt flavors, as well as more citrus and resin hops on the palate. Very nice. jredmond (8648) - New York, New York, USA - APR 18, 2012
Draft at Rattle. Pours a lightly cloudy amber with creamy lacing. Aroma is sweet fruit, hop, resin, citrus, and some floral flavors. Mouthfeel is oily with notes of astringent, bitter floral hops, grapefruit rind, soapiness, and floral fruits.
