3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Draft at Qbrick. Very fresh hop aromas and some big fruitiness. Dark cloudy yellow, with big fat lazy bubblescoming up slowly. Smooth and deep hop flavors. Well balanced, with a long bitter aftertaste. Good West Coast IPA.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Draught at Q-Brick. Malty, bready nose with nice hops. Copper with a nice head. Clean flavor, low bitterness. Nice balance and decent hops: grass, a bit of citrus. Well done and interesting.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Tap. Interesting. Some boysenberry, spicy and floral/citrus notes. Had a very moreish appeal. Very smooth hop, which lent itself to the high drinkability. Still, nothing to get overly excited abut in the long run.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 17/20
On draft at the Creek monkey alehouse in Martinez. It pours golden yellow with a nice white head. The aroma has tropical fruit with a little pine. The flavor is dry and very hoppy with pine, light spice and a hint of dry bread. Good strong bitter finish. This has been my favorite so far of these rebellion IPAís from BR.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
IBS growler, pours hazy orange/gold with a nice sweet herbal/citrus aroma although the head is a bit soapy. The flavour is mild but enticing with spicey notes as well as a noble like hop resin flavour and bitterness.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
I donít know how to rate these as tasted over the course of the year. I gave the last one a 3.4. I remember that one as being better. Bear makes awesome IPAs, so I feel like without doing all of these as one big vertical, they are just handicapping themselves by limiting it to one hop. End rant. Good beer...but a bunch of better stuff on the board at the brewery.
