POurs with a deep red-brown body topped by a thin head with lots of lacing. It’s sweet and malty but bitter and hoppy. Full of contrasting flavors. Some caramel shows through as well as a nice grapefruit and pine note. Medium to full bodied and smooth.

Pours dark read with a big head that is long lasting. The aroma is not as strong as expected, definitely a mix of hops and resins and a touch of roasted nuts. The flavor is dominated by a hoppy bitterness and roasted notes. The beer is full bodied and just carbonated enough. This beer is very unique still fairly smooth and drinkable on a lazy afternoon

Deep ruby red color, slightly cloudy, with smallish light tan head. Aroma has fair amount of citrusy hops, dose of diacetyl, touch of caramel, with a bit of that overripe strawberry note that I associate with over-dryhopping (although I seem to be more sensitive to this than most). Flavor is malty, slightly chewy, with caramel and a round hoppiness. Finish is mildly bitter, mildly acidic, with a bit of alcohol bite. A decent brew, but doesn’t overwhelm me.

Bottle: Smells of strawberries, sugar, a little hoppy, and a bit like Boppin Berry Hi-C. Reddish amber color. Average sized tan head. Good lacing. Flavor is a cornacopia of things such as malt, carmel, berry, sugar, hops, choclate, pine. I can’t even describe it accuratly. Long finish is bitter and a bit dry, but tingles on the tongue. Full bodied. Average carbination. Overall, interesting, and good. Almost and I2PA, but with more malts.

this beer was okay. that’s really all I can say Flavor was not what I expected - odd because I like the cascade hop beers.

Pours opaque brown color with red tints. Coffee aroma. Burned alcoholic taste. Coffee and chocolate aftertastes. Nice bear, I mean beer. First experience with this brewer and very impressed.

Pours a nice dark reddish amber color. Aromas of HOPS, and some other hints, maybe fruit, maybe coffee. Flavor is a bittersweet, malty, and hoppy as hell.

22oz bomber from Santa. Pours a ruby red color with a light red head. Nose is nice and fruity, light hops, grapefruit, lots of malt, and sugar. Taste is somewhat toasty, lots of malt sweetness, light grapefruit, citrusy hops and some ligh tpine notes.

22 oz bomber, props and thanks to JCW!!!! Lightly hazy deep amber w/a lasting light bege medium sized head. Rich, malty, and caramelly aroma. Some light citrusy hops behind the malty facade! A bit of toasty malt to go along with the caramel. Also a bit bready and has hints of alcohol. Also a bit piney! It’s well balanced with a caramelly and toasty flavor up front, but finishes semi sweet with a bit of lingering bitterness. Some light alcohol in the flavor mid palate; The citrusy hop flavor is not strong as this one’s mostly about the malty sweet flavor, but it keeps the sweetness from getting out of hand. Medium body, smooth at first, but becomes dry in the mouth after swallowing, possibly a bit due to alcohol which is a bit warming. About 2% alc. away from being a barleywine. It has a lot of the flavors of a BW, but not quite the alcohol content. Very good!

Big thanks to Foolish_Mortal for this one. Pours a dark amber ,clear with a head of creamy tan bubbles. Nose is killer of hops,I mean Jeffrey Dahmer killer. There is some underlying maltiness but shit with all those hops, who cares??? Well, the flavor is much less intense hop-wise and more complex with some grains and caramel tones hopp’n in the backseat.
