On tap at the Bistro Barrel Aged Fest. Pours from the tap a hazy amber color with a small off-white head. The aroma is Belgian, a little hoppy, and a little tart, with earthy notes, red wine, and citrusy hops. The flavor is pretty nice, with a caramel malt base, oak, Belgian yeast and some wild stuff going on (brett, maybe some lacto) as well as some earthy, leafy faded hops. Slightly tannic on the mouthfeel with a dry mouthfeel and soft carbonation. A good beer overall, but not quite a standout.

(on draught at Churchill’s) Pours hazy copper with off white head. Aroma of bourbon? some funkyness. Taste is sweet and peppery. Is there bourbon in here? Medium bodied with oily texture. On tap. Pours with a hazed amber-golden body with a thin and thick off-white head. Head lasts, nearly appears to be a nitro head. Aroma is fruity, floral, berries, lacto and wet leaves. Flavors are fruity, tart, sour, and still pretty bitter. Lots of florals, honey, and wood. Creamy bubbles, very smooth. Nice spontaneous beer. Tap at RnH. Maroon pour. Aroma is red wine vinegar and pineapple. Tastes like a red wine vinegar and kale smoothie. Starts out tart but ends super hoppy. This is damn weird.
