On tap @ Rattle N Hum as "Aged Tartare Rouge". This is a mild cloudy looking one, darker golden in color, almost a wood golden with a nice small just off-white head on the top. Smells quite oak woody at first. Mild lemonic in a way with tones of sour perches. Nice, like it. Its really champagne vinegar acidic in the taste this! Almost gastric acid sour with sour gooseberry, apricot and currants. It has a nice oily texture in the mouth and its just about average on the carbonation. Surprisingly fruity within all that sharp acidity. Quite a refreshing one for sure loaded with complex flavor tones. 21.06.2015

@RBB Similar to Tartare, but heavier and darker. More berry/cherry, and darker malt flavors. Very nice as well. Moderate pucker.

UPDATED: DEC 19, 2016 Draft at Bru Craft. Hazy brown pour that shows oranges edges. Beige foam that reduces quickly. No lace. Very pungent brown fruity sour. Vinegared apricots, figs and strawberries. Strong sour. Marinating meat. Has a distinct complex meaty/strawberry palate that is both extraordinary and off-putting. Notes of molasses, coriander, cocoa, leather and raspberries. Tastes like a raw Greek kabob. Giant stuff.

Draft at RnH West. Nice deep red-mohagany color with small head. Found the nose to be malty and oaky with black cherry. Palate overflowing with tartness, cherry and strawberry, lighter red fruits and there is a dry red-wine-like quality to the mouthfeel. Really high red wine vinegar acidity but it vaporizes pretty quickly.

Draft to taster at Shakespeares Pub. Looks solid; a moderately cloudy brownish orange with eggshell head that steadily dissipates into lacing. Smells tart and mildly acidic with notes of fruit alongside a semi-sweet malt backbone. A bit of oak and dark vinegar as well. Tastes like it smells with a medium-bodied mouthfeel. Solid.
