Tap at gravity. Pale golden with one finger head. Strong vinegar, very tart and acidic. Lemony. Not often I say this but this is too sour.

Draft at Ale House. Pours light copper gold with an off white head. Aroma is melon, sour wheat. Flavor is watermelon rind, sour wheat, a bit of acetic.

Draft sample. The beer is a clear yellow with no head. The aroma has vinegar and bread notes. Strong bread in the finish. Super strong sourness. Medium body and low carbonation. Nearly flat.

From tap. Poured a clear gold with no head. Nose is very sour with lots of lemon and hints of tangerine. Taste is also sour: lemon, granny smith apple, and vinegar. Medium bodied and lightly carbonated. Very nice, very sour.

MarcoDL (4973) - NETHERLANDS - SEP 20, 2016
Draft at Slaters. Aroma of tart, citrus and vinegar. Taste is incredibly sour, like vinegar, with veggies, dry tart and some berries. Hard stuff to like, it’s too extreme.

Draught at St. Augustine’s, Vancouver
Hazy blond color. Weird aroma, footy and lemony, cheese, glue. Excessively sour, and with too much yeast flavor (autolysis?).
Very bad.

On tap at St. Augustines on Rare Beer Tap Takeover. Pale golden, white head. The beer is very sour, vinegary, with marinated tomatoes notes. Very unusual, but refreshing. Not a my stuff, definitely :-)

A dream beer for sure a long want for a very long time. On draft at stein and vine, poured a yellow color straw like with aromas of tart lemon, wheat, vinegar and musk. Flavors are tart lemon and wheat overtaken by vinegar. This has been one of my whales I have been looking for a very long time disappointed as too how much vinegar flavors I get. I thought this was going to be the gold standard but is not. Decent overall but too much vinegar.

skmikeg (1826) - Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA - MAY 8, 2016
Pours clear golden orange with a one finger white head with decent lacing. Aroma is of sour fruits, Greek yogurt, some vinegar, salt, some light bready malts, some funk, and some grass. Taste is pretty similar to the aroma and is pretty tart. Has a medium-light body with a slightly creamy mouthfeel and a pretty dry, pretty sour, long finish. Overall, a excellent berliner weiss that is super refreshing.
