Green-gold pour, no head. Bad start. BUT THEN! Tart raspberry/apple/wheat aroma, giant sour flavor of lemon, apple and vingar. Tart, puckering, sharp.

Dry fruit aroma. Slightly cloudy, chardonnay-like appearance. Nice tart taste. Good sour overall.

Draft into a tulip. Super hazy hay. No head. Super funk, tart aroma. Taste is puckering, citrus, wine. Super crisp and refreshing.

On tap at BRU for PBW. A sour fan’s dream. Perhaps the most sour, tarty beer I have ever sampled. Pours a pale golden color with a slight orange hue. Vinegar on the nose and palate. Not really complex but simply tarty tart. Drinkable even for a someone like me who doesn’t have sours high on their list.

Draft - Sweet and sour lemon, almost an herbal nose as well. Pale hazy gold with no head. Puckering lemon tartness. Much tarter than style dictates, but absolutely great.

Un verre à 13$ chez Kush Wynwood. Aucune effervescence, plénitude lactique avec des bonnes intentions boisés, assez vineux. Des fruits se manifestent derrière l’acidité, principalement la carambole.

On tap at Gourmet Haus. Pours a hazy deep yellow with full white head. Aroma and taste are both massively tart with a cotton candy like aspect to it. A little one-sided in the tartness and unbalance for what I really like as a delicate and difficult to brew style.

Oakes (17676) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - MAR 29, 2014
Hazy, light. Oooo, tart, clean, tart, quite fruity wheaty and with nuance. I like it.

BrewBoxer (2636) - New York, New York, USA - MAR 23, 2014
Draft at Clinton hall . Light tart salty sour and Puckery with a biting after taste . Nothing great as far as balanced. Couldn't have a whole glass ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

UPDATED: JUN 6, 2014 Stone Sour Fest 2012. Very neat, mostly to-style berliner with graininess, lemony spritzy quality, very drinkable, great for a hot outdoor beer festival. A bit sour...not as good as remember.
