The was a draft pour at the brewpub. Came in the glass a clear rich golden color with a white head and good lacing. Nose of various fruits with banana and apricot. Medium in body with a smooth mouth feel. The flavor is fruity, with banana, apricot, and apple. Finish is somewhat sweet and show a little alcohol. Good tasting beer.

Draft at Ground Control. A shade darker and much darker than the average tripel. But it is quite yummy. Nice rich undertow, spicy top. (#5990, 6/16/2015)

On tap @ Strong Ale 2014. Clear golden pour with a white head. A lot of overripe banana along with baked apple and pear. Some slight coriander spiciness and booze. A little bit boozy as well. The flavor is certainly quite sugary and has a lot of sweet fruit. Tons of pear, apple, banana, and some apricot. Hints of booze and bread dough, some spices, and yeast. Okay, just overly sweet and candy-like.

Hazy golden with creamy white head. Floral and fruity nose with slightly hint of funk. Fruity with a slightly boozy back. Clean and dry bitter finish. Not a "traditional" trippel but well put together. Nice work.
