COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Cask. Originally a special for JD Wetherspoon Spring Festival 2010 but has reappeared since.
This unusual and distinctive beer has a sweet aroma of peaches and elderflower, perfectly balanced by a hoppy bitterness in both the flavour and finish.

Pendle Beer Festival 2017. Golden in colour. The fruit is light, but prevalent enough to provide flavour to the ale.

Very much lives up to the description, peaches and elderflowers, perhaps a little too well. I fear a less traditional use of extracts, though it still makes for a fantastic summer pint. Very light in colour and body. Perfect condition in Horse and Jockey Chorlton.

Cask by hand-pump at Three Judges, Glasgow - clear golden amber, lively white head, strong floral fruity aroma, sporadic lacing, elderflower and peaches comes through on the flavour, along with pale malt and a dryness, unusual combination of flavours, easy to drink

Cask at Manchester Beer and Cider Festival 22/1/14. Pours a golden colour, taste is light with a peachy taste. Would be perfect in the summer

On cask at Cheshire Ring, Hyde. Pours golden with white head, cloudy at first. Overriding taste is peach syrup, theres probably a decent golden ale behind it, but the sticky peach is overpowering. Shame, I was looking forward to this.

Gateshead beer fest. I was quite prepared to be curmudgeonly about this, but it succeeds by a judicious balance between sweet fruitiness, and hop sharpness. The novelty works. Refreshing, and easily the best beer Ive had from this brewery

Light and still this golden summer ale has whipped egg white foam. The aroma is of beautiful bittersweet fresh peaches, they pack a tang. Pulpy peach and a delightful hop bitterness both of which linger long into the finish. Remarkably delicious and drinkable. Lives long past the novelty factor.
