Two fingers fluffy persistent white head. Hazy gold colour. Herbaceous, citrus, light cran and almost tea like aroma. Matching flavours, a little grassy, nice balance of malt sweetness and hop bitterness. Medium body, med carb, slight astringency.

On tap, poured into a nonic pint. Grassy, floral, and herbal aromas are immediately noticeable with an earthy baseline; very outdoorsy. Later, some light toffee and citrus pokes through. There’s a slight haze to the amber orange brew, with a white, doughy soap head that keeps moderate amount by the end and leaves some mild lace on the glass. The taste is a medium, grassy bitter with a compliment of medium sweet. The texture is oily with a soft fizz carbonation. The medium body has a profile of toffee, very subtle tart berry and citrus with a light floral spice. The finish is herbaceous and grassy with a bit of an earthy spice that leads to caramel. The aftertaste clean and herbal.

A: Fleurs, fruits, gazon.

Orange gold with a full white head that leaves plenty of lace. Aroma is floral, citrus. Taste is a bit more herbal, still has a nice bitter finish. Best beer of this style of had.

Orange in colour with a mid sized white head, excellent lacing. The aroma is grassy, grainy, some cereal. The flavour is of citrus hops, floral and herbal, some bread and cereal. Lightly bitter mouthfeel, medium/light body, medium carbonation. Finishes long and lightly hoppy.
