On tap at The Only Cafe. Yellow, with rising carbonation bubbles. Some head, and very thick laceing. Creamy weissy, a good drinker and a cross style with so much weiss element, bannana pushkinwow (2793) - Ottawa, CANADA - OCT 5, 2012

September 21, 2012 - on draught at Burger Bar. Pale clear gold with a decent lasting foamy/fizzy white head. Aroma seems about 50/50 average Belgian Golden Ale (Chimay White) and a sweet saison, moderate alcohol. Taste follows, a little grassiness. Average body, almost stinging yet low-level carbonation, quickish finish, maybe a little sweet clover in the aftertaste; clean, simple, very nice drinker. blankboy (7689) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - SEP 20, 2012
Draught at Volo, Sept. 14. Pours a clear gold with a small diminishing white head. Aroma is grainy along with some sweet honey and some herbal notes. Flavour follows the aroma: Grainy along with pale malt, some honey and it’s quite herbal. Average to medium bodied. It’s simple but it’s a pretty good beer. jercraigs (10374) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - SEP 19, 2012
2012-09-14. Crisp dark yellow body with a small creamy white head. 3+ Mild flavour is quite subtle and nuanced, bit of pale malt, doughy bready touches, light wheat like grains are on the sweet side. Floral/fruity notes. Sumac (I assume) shows more in the aroma, fruity floral notes, modest notes of wheaty-cereal-grains. Very smooth average plus bodied palate. 3+ Pretty decent. On tap at C’est What Festival of Small Breweries
