A golden gose with a thin white head. In aroma, a sweet creamy malt with flower, rose, wit like. in mouth, a smooth malt with light fruity esters, light salt and oily mouthfeel. Cask at Beau’s Oktoberfest Sept 29 2012.

Private buying group bottle. One of the better ones from the brewery. A little more balanced than the style I have had before, but nicely refreshing. Very yellow with some lace. Sea salty aroma. Lemony taste. Lemon verbena herbal. Decent drinkability, jercraigs (10374) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - OCT 19, 2012
2012-10-08. Hazy golden body, nice beige head. 3+ Pleasant aroma has a tangy fruity quality that is sort of lemon meets gooseberry in nature. 7+ Flavour is pleasant, lightly bitter, sort of fruity, almost gooseberry like? Tangy quality to it that is presumably the salt/gose character but I am not sure I how I would describe it if I was tasting this blind. Mild pale malt comes out as it warms up. 7+ Average plus palate is pleasantly effervescent. As it warms up the aroma seemed to change significantly, gaining a strange burnt buttered popcorn like quality to it that was significantly less pleasing than it started out! Pretty nice overall, very quaffable. On tap at Brewmarket, Brick Works, Toronto MartinT (9880) - Montreal, Quebec, CANADA - DEC 8, 2015

This balanced Gose is the theater for precise coriander, delicate salt and softspoken cereals in an effervescent mouthfeel.
Further Personal Perceptions:
-A sheet of foam covers the misty gold orange.
-This is quite quenching.
-The dosage of every component is quite nice.
-This was delicious with a black olive pizza.
Pale straw pour. Slight haze. Very bright aroma of coriander and pale wheat malt. A faint kiss of lacto but even that is subtle. Clean smelling with a lot of citrus. Light palate with a bit of tartness. Fresh and fruity. Lightly tart on the finish. Nice.

[4851-20121008] Tap. Burnt popcorn drizzled in orange lemon juice aroma. Hazy, light orange yellow body with a medium-lasting foamy white head. Flavour is a deadringer for Jelly Belly buttered popcorn candies. Medium body. Really interesting and odd at the same time. (7/3+/7/3/14) 3.4

UPDATED: MAY 13, 2013 Pretty interesting beer. Just gives me a notion of what a gose tastes like, though don’t have much point of comparison in that category. Aroma of of sour wheat, sour barley and yeast. Pours cloudy blond with decent lacing. Leaves sour with a bit of spice, maybe coriander. A little haylike bitterness reminiscent of some saisons. Tap at volos.
Bottle [600ml]. Pours a hazy pale gold with an average size lasting fluffy white head. Aroma of berries, salt, wheat, citrus fruit, grain and herbs. Clean and somewhat refreshing flavour follows the aroma, with berries, grain and wheat first followed by salt, lightly tart citrus and herbs. Light bitter finish. Gets saltier the more you drink it. Average bodied. An interesting and unique beer.
