600 ml bottle. Pours a clear orangeish pale golden with a thin white head. Aroma is apricots, mangoes, tart, vanilla, wood. Flavor is lemon, orange, apricot, mango, guava, white wine. Finish is grapefruit, lemon, superb tartness, white wine, some hoppy notes. Lingering wood, vanilla, tropical fruit, and a bit of a carbonated blitz at the end. Full body, soft mouthfeel, medium to somewhat strong carbonation. A great surprise! samzim (437) - Ontario, CANADA - APR 26, 2014

Apr 28, 2014. 600mL bottle from LCBO. Apricots, grapefruit and sweetness in nose. Golden orange colour. White head. Nice lacing. Touch of hops, sweetness and a bit of straw in flavours. This is actually quite nice. flip_soeperman (880) - NETHERLANDS - JUL 25, 2014
Aroma is vinous with some sweetness, maybe honey. Taste is bit sweet, little bitter. Body is medium to full. Great beer/wine to sip and enjoy. Actually quite subtle, layered and complex.

Un nez frais avec une odeur de sucre de petits fruits style canneberge fraîche. En bouche, un goût d'alcool, caramel, de bonbons durs. La finale est enveloppant, persistante dans être désagréable. Les arômes restent présents en fin de bouche.

600mL bottle. Hazy, brown-gold. Not muchhead. Smells fruity. Tastesfruity as well, but thereisalotof other stuff going on as well. Booze, wheat, fruit and berries. Doesn’t taste like a traditional barleywine, but tastes pretty fine. jksipa (1006) - Newmarket, Ontario, CANADA - APR 4, 2014
600ml bottle from the LCBO. Pours a slighgtly hazy pale amber with a two finger pillowy head that slowly recedes leaving nice lace. Nose is strongly oak and wine with yeast and some toffee with a muted citrus. Sweet malt at the front is quickly overtaken with a grape tartness and then a citrus bitterness with grapefruit and pineapple with the finish returning to a light tartness. Medium sticky mouth and the long tart finish drinks more like a wine. Lots going on here. Eructoblaster (4328) - Gatineau, Quebec, CANADA - MAY 25, 2014
Bottle - 600ml. Hazy golden/orange body with a thin white foamy/creamy head. Fresh malty/hoppy aroma with herbal, oaky, white wine, and citrusy hints. Alcohol is very well hidden. Its robust hoppy taste carries malty, oaky, grainy, and herbal notes. Ends with a long bitter/woody finish. Interesting. Listigovers (1278) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - MAY 4, 2015
Smells slightly like a sour white wine. Pale golden pour, hazy. Strong, slightly alcoholic, quite winey. Full bodied, moderate hop bitterness, very concentrated wheaty flavour, quite woody as well. Very complex and strong beer, took me off guard but it grew on me.
