Beaus best of 2012 4 pack. Medium yellow, good sized head. Light yeasty and fruit aroma. Taste is very tasty and very quenching - a little yeasty and really refreshing crisp fruit. Lightly hopped. Just a perfect session beer, good one Beaus.

Pours hazy orange gold with a white head that has some lacing. Has a Belgian yeast and citrus fruit aroma. Flavours are fruits and grass with a dry finish and no aftertaste. The light body makes for a nice refreshing beer.

Pint on tap at St Veronus quite some time ago. Very Belgian, with dried apple, hay and Belgian yeast. Dry. Nice body for the abv.

pours hazy golden orange with a nice creamy white head, good retention and lacing. very yeasty and peppery, unibroue-like, loads of coriander, some wheat and a hint of lemon, fresh cereals - graininess. bright belgium carbonation, short and shy herbal-citrusy and spicy finish, light body - slightly watery, but overall quite good mouthfeel. dry and balanced. more than decent offering but falls a bit short..

500ml bottle, 2012 Best of Beau’s pack. Very unfiltered, light brown/orange, almost mango colour, huge poofy off-white head. Bready, spicey Belgian yeast and citrus aroma. Taste is peach, orange and a hint of coriander, basement and earth. Very little aftertaste and it leaves the mouth feeling dry. Light body. Overall, slightly bland, but drinkable.

Bottle from the brewery. Murky orange-golden body with an exceptionally large and creamy white head. Aroma hold bready yeast, mellow sweet tropical fruit, and some herbaceous hops. Flavour mostly follows - yeast, pineapple, cut grass - but there’s also a nice hit of citrus peel in the finish. Fuller in body and flavour than is typical of a 4.5% beer. Well done!

600 mL bottle from the LCBO, served in a snifter. Pours hazy orange-amber with a moderate, off-white head that remains and leaves lots of fluffy lace. On the nose, there are notes of grass, citrus, coriander and Belgian spice, along with pale malts, wheat and wine barrel. The flavour is surprisingly crisp and slightly sweet, with dry wheaty malts, Belgian spice, citrus and a touch of hops. The finish is long, dry, spicy, peppery and slightly hoppy. On the palate, it is medium in body with a smooth, milky texture and average carbonation. Overall, this is a nice Belgian style ale. Saison-esque, spicy notes are the highlight, but it is quite refreshing and drinkable. 2012-12-17

Pours a hazy golden orange with a bunch of foamy white head that dissipates fairly quickly. Smell is fruity like mangoes and a hint of pepper. Palate is medium bodied with an average amount of carbonation. Taste is sweet at first, then has a quick bitter kick followed by more sweetness and a slightly bitter aftertaste that’s over fairly quickly. Interesting, but needs more of something.

Aroma soft, aromatic , plenty of Belgian character, Soft wheat like hints, straight refreshing aromas. Touch of rose with hint of orange.
Appearance thick haze , amber creamy top.
Flavor and Palate : Lighter in body, plenty of wheat notes. Hint of clove. Bitter front. Mid accented by hibiscus and black tea. Hop on top end.

Pours a cloudy dark yellow with a moderate pillowy white top. Aroma is big belgian yeast and bready malts. Taste is a great belgian dry yeast profile with bready German malt distinction and a small spice from the rye.
