De couleur doré légèrement voile et un peu everfesssance. On n'a des notes floral et un côté résineux . En bouche c est un gout floral avec herbAce et résineux . Une vrai Biere d'été

On tap at St. Augustine’s, pours a clear golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out sweet estery notes, with subdued rustic farmhouse notes. Flavour is crisp, with dry hoppiness, saison yeast and a crisp biscuity malt base. Rather bitter for the style, but it’s competently done. Solid.

Amber, biscuity, has a lot of bitterness, the yeast is pretty clean...kind of like hoppy amber, which surprises me.

My Bottom Line:
Floral bubblegum aromas move towards black pepper and herbs in this pleasantly bitter Saison.

Further Personal Perceptions:
-A sheet of foam covers the sparkling golden.
-Finish is nicely dry and bitter.
-Carbonation is prickly yet soft. This could be a tiny bit more carbonated (for my personal preferences in the style, mind you).
-A haystack is found underneath.
-Drinkability is very high.

Bottle.

Bottle from Table and Vine. Pale hazy golden orange with lasting loose head and lace. Dank floral and pleasant light perfumy aroma with a hint of grass and vanilla. Classic light bready apricot sweetness with medium spicy peppery classic in lightly tart finish. Light body medium carbo. An INSTANT FUCKING CLASSIC. Tastes like it's straight from a Belgian farmhouse. Actually better than Dupont Avril. I've rated 183 saisons and I'd put this up against any of them. And the shit was cheap! Extra point!

Bottle @ Malt & Mold tasting. Slightly cloudy golden with small frothy white head, honey aroma, medium carbonation, mildly earthy taste with after aftertaste, smooth body, longish finish. Smooth and easy to drink.

I always get excited when I know I'm about to drink a saison. Sadly, this is not the belgian type, makes me think too much of a kolsch.

Great fall beer for an awesome fall day. I know I have had this one before forgot how good it was. Simple a bit funky. Great beers make days better. Not an overpowering beer, a good way to ease into saison's. Tasty

Bottle from LCBO. Misty bright gold with big white head. Very pleasant citric character. Light, crisp and dry, very refreshing. So good. Simple, but so good.

Great basic saison. Easy drinking, Does not push boundaries. Definition of a saison.
