An aromatic I.P.A. in the contemporary West Coast style. Big tropical fruit gives way to pine, courtesy of American and New Zealand organic hop varieties. With its bold flavours and balanced bitterness, you’ll want to save a permanent spot for Full Time I.P.A. in the beer fridge of your heart.

Cloudy golden with traces of sediment. Bubbly white head of two fingers. Upfront to the nose: strong grapefruit, honey and malts. Flavor is very bitter but ends on a sweeter note.

Poured from a 600ml bomber.Aroma is citrus, clove, a light funkiness and grapefruit. Taste is freshly cut grapefruit, earthiness and light funk. Nice depth and complexity. Fluffy pearl head has nice retention.

I took a chance on this because I was so pleased with Beau's Brewery's Autumn 2017 4-pack. This was a solid A rating for me. Delightful from start to finish. I haven't had an IPA this robust and enjoyable, from a bottle, for a long, long time.

Pale golden pour with a thick white head. Very tropical aroma with a bright grassy, zesty, fruity hop nose. Bright, juicy and really well constructed. Bright lemon, kiwi, juicy fruit and a soft bitterness. Delicious.

Hazy deep copper and bronze coloured body with a nice, fairly fast-dying tan head, about three centimetres tall. Aroma of bright assertive resinous and very floral hops with a good deal of perceived bitterness and a good malt backbone with some light sugars noticeable - nice for sure. Medium-bodied; Assertive bitter and grassy hop flavours at first with a nice malt backbone and some deeper and more pungent yeast flavours, alcohol and some dryness from the hops and yeast all coming through at the finale. Aftertaste is strong, dry, robust and fairly straight-forward with some hops, light grass and a bit of the resin on the end. Overall, a nice and quite bitter beer with a nice balance throughout and some more pungent yeast and malt backbone, which shows very well for the style. I sampled this 50 cL bottle purchased from Whole Foods in New York (Columbus Circle), New York on 02-December-2017 for US$4,99

Big bottle, Ann Arbor, MI via Mulmur. Light gold, slight haze. Passion fruit aroma. Some earthy soil. Long funky finish.

Bottle - Citrus and some mango. Cloudy gold with a rich white head. Sweet citrus and fruity notes with some nice peel notes. Decent.

My Bottom Line:
Deep cereals are ridden by citrusy, floral hops in this seductive IPA.

Further Personal Perceptions:
-A slice of foam laces all around the misty dark golden.
-Earthy hop resins provide a solid backbone with parcimonious bitterness.
-This may feel sweeter than the average IPA, but it remains very drinkable.
-Malts offer plenty of honeyed and biscuit notes.

Pours straight clear gold, with some particulate in suspension, and a rocky/heavily lacing head. That gets a perfect score for looks. Nose isn't crazy. It's mostly just some mild piney hops, toasted malt, and traces of burnt sugar. Very unassuming. Mouthfeel is ample. Flavour is better than what the aroma suggest, although still along some of the same lines. It's not an "in your face" IPA. Alcohol is hard to locate through the nose/palate, but the beer is warming at 6.7% ABV. Earthy, minerals, peach and astringent teas. Notes of honey. Malts are evenly medium toasted and very clean. It's not hop-forward, but the malt profile helps to keep it quite balanced. A bit of medicinal/herbal hop rolls through the finish, with a slight white pepper heat. Still, I cannot figure out why Lugtread is their flagship. This is light-years ahead of that.

Bouteille de 600ml. Couleur blonde avec un joli col blanc. Arôme d'orange, de mangue et de houblon. Goût d'orange, de pamplemousse, de fleur, de banane et de houblon. Très bonne IPA équilibrée et bien dosée.
