600ml bottle from LCBO. 6%alc./vol.Pours a clear deep golden colour with 1/2 finger of white head. Aroma of tropical fruits, pineapples, mango, mandarine, and grapefruits. Taste matches the aroma with some typical Belgian-yeasty flavours with a dry hoppy finish. Highly recommended. MikeRochon (23) - - OCT 26, 2012
Golden color with a lasting head, notes of spice, tropical fruit and hops.
On the palate loads of citrus, spice and a noticeable hop backbone.
An interesting mix of clean citrusy hops and classical Belgian characteristics.

Bottle, Oktoberfest mix pack 2012, thanks Kristi! Dark hazy yellow, large white bubbly head. Really interesting aroma of pineapple and mango - very sweet. Floral notes as well, awesome. Taste - fruity - pineapple and mango again. Yeasty. Pepper bite in finish. Body a tad watery but minor complaint. Really drinkable with tons of flavour - nice job Beaus. biscuit malt and mild hop nose. A very thin white head on a rich gold and orange body. A well blended and refreshing Belgian pale ale. Spice, pepper, biscuit malt with cereal density, pilsnerish yeast, honey and a hint of kiwi and orange round out a complex and enjoyable taste profile. Taste sustains well but has a clean finish. Well done! AGAquino (667) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - DEC 29, 2012
Bottle at C’est What, courtesy of Radek. Aromas of yeast with nice floral notes. Flavours of biscuity malts, citrus fruits and slight dryness. Nice lingering aftertaste.

Thanks to PaleAleRider for this one (purchased at the brewery). Pours a cloudy golden colour with a beautiful creamy warm cap that is very long lasting. At first pour, scent of wine (on the yeasty-wine side), but then, the Belgian yeast comes out with some organic malts. Medium-bodied with a nicely balanced taste of grains, hops and yeast, with citrus notes. The hop is quite pleasant in the mouth giving a light dryness with a bit of bitterness. The Belgian hints of a pale ale lingers nicely. A refreshing, easy-going, Belgian Pale Ale that I could drink many of these. Recommended for session and wish this one was available year-round. Bouteille 600mL. Blonde legerement trouble avec belle mousse blanche. Nez leger de houblon avec un peu de cereales et de poivre. Bouche bien equilibree entre l’amertume, les cereales et des notes de poivre et de coriandre. Tres bonne. andrewturba (1190) - Alberta, CANADA - NOV 4, 2012
Pours a cloudy golden colour and an impressive lace. Smells of belgian yeast that’s characteristic of being fruity accompanied by a spicy aroma maybe some citrus. The flavour is yeasty with some pepper but surprisingly no citrus. Solid belgian pale with a nice touch of hop bitterness on the finish. jjarovi (55) - markham, Ontario, CANADA - NOV 25, 2012
Great instant yeast character, nice full head and bright, light gold appearance. Light body is only minor complaint - it’s too light. But great flavours and balance make it very enjoyable. blankboy (7714) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - DEC 25, 2012
Bottle [600ml]. Pours a cloudy copper with an average size long-lasting frothy white head. Some lacing on the glass. Aroma of Belgian yeast, herbs, grassy hops, citrus fruit and wheat. Nice hoppy flavour along with citrus, wheat, Belgian yeast, spices and herbs. Decent bitter finish. Average to medium bodied. Enjoyable and easy to drink.
