Bottle - Wheat, grass, banana and some spice. Cloudy gold with a rich white head. Banana, light hop bitterness, citrus and some grass. Refreshing and a nice bitterness. Lubiere (13903) - Ottawa, Ontario, CANADA - APR 15, 2012
A golden saison with a super thick frothy white head. In aroma, pungent and grassy, with orange peels, perfume, a bit soapy, but nice. In mouth, a smooth sweet fruity malt with light curacao, coriander, berries, oily mouthfeel, grassy notes, very well made. On tap at Arrow and Loon, April 15 2012. Beau’s private order group tasting. Funky aroma. Yellow bodied with bubbly head Yeasty, a smooth drinking saison. Leaves lots of lace. Decent drinkability. DuffMan (10425) - the land of bitumen, beef & beer, Alberta, CANADA - AUG 25, 2014
Bottle, shared with TylerDurden. Hazy golden body, lively white head, no lace. Sweet pale malts, estery yeast, sweetly spicy. I like my saisons drier and hoppier, but having said that, this wasn’t a bad beer.

2012-04-14. Lightly hazy golden body, nice creamy off-white head. 3+ Flavour is pleasant, moderately bitter throughout, light spice character that I can not quite put my finger on throughout. Not sure if it is a product of the yeast, or added to the beer. Perhaps pepper or coriander, but I might be reaching too hard to name it. Sweet undertone that makes me think of bubblegum in the middle but fades quickly into the finish. Light dry alcohol in the aroma, dry pale malt, light spice, light yeasty esters. Smooth average palate has a soft carbonation. Overall it struck me more like a sweet spicey wheat than a traditional saison. I enjoyed it, but I think I might have liked it better on another day. On tap at Brydens, Toronto JoeMcPhee (9426) - Toronto, ON, Ontario, CANADA - APR 14, 2012
Tap at The Only Cafe. Pale golden pour with a tight white head. The aroma is softly peppery with a touch of clove and some light citrus as well. A little. It of lean wheaty spice as well as some prickly ethanol (even though it’s only 5.9%). Light palate and appropriately dry. A little bit of pear seems to pop up here. Solid - if pedestrian - saison. mabel (9246) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - APR 25, 2012
[4375-20120414] Tap. Grassy lemon hints in the aroma. Slightly hazy, light orange yellow body with a quick foamy white head. Lemony grass hops continues in the flavour with a quick bitter nibble. Light-medium body. Great to try, light and patio-esque. (6/3/6/3/14) 3.2
