Draft - Bright citrus and lots of peel. Cloudy gold with a rich white head. Banana, nutmeg and citrus. Not quite getting the pumpkin or spice. Lubiere (14151) - Ottawa, Ontario, CANADA - OCT 6, 2011
A hazed blonde weizen with a thin white head. In aroma, ginger pulp with chalk and a bit of sulfur. In aroma, a nice sweet banana malt with cloves and ginger, smooth and pleasant. Cask at Beau’s Oktoberfest Oct. 1 2011. Sammy (12769) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - OCT 31, 2012
LCBO bottle. Pours a light yellow with small white bubbly head. Spicy and yeasty nose. Beau signature yeast and mouthfeel, understated pumpkin flavour and a mild spicy finish. Not bad drinkability. More weiss than pumpkin, a changeup for fans of the style. jercraigs (10886) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - NOV 28, 2011
2011-11-25. Lightly hazy golden body, nice white head and great lace. 3+=4 Spicy aroma, almost chamomile like? Similar spicy quality to the flavour. Hints at lemon. Sort of perfumey sweetness, odd finish. Avg palate suits it. I did not get much pumpkin out of it. Not my cup of tea, and probably suffers a bit from not being what I expected as well. On tap at Amsterdam Movember Event as Jack O’Layton Weiss, Toronto

My Bottom Line:
mabel (9787) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - FEB 22, 2012
Ginger and cloves ride this Weissbier’s bananas, effortlessly leading to bready cereals and pertinent herbal hop bitterness.
Further Personal Perceptions:
-A sheet of foam covers the misty golden amber. Retention is low for the style though.
-Mouthfeel is lightly creamy and a bit prickly.
-The added spiciness is well balanced with the rest of the flavor profile.
-Good idea to combine pumpkin pie spiciness and Weissbier yeast character!
[4161-20111125] Tap. Fruity gourd yeast aroma is more herbal bathroom cleaner than yeast. Hazy, light brown orange body with a long-lasting big foamy white head. More bathroom cleaner malt and fruity gourd flavour has a touch of light nutmeg spice and something like chamomile. Medium body. Interesting but not wonderful. (6/3/6~/3/13) 3.1

Pale orange pour. The nose is lightly fruity. Light ginger and some
fruit. There’s a bit of phenolic notes but it’s subtle. Pretty nice
really. czar (9430) - Québec, Quebec, CANADA - OCT 7, 2011
tap at beau’s oktoberfest, vankleek hill, on. cloudy pale yellow with a nice white head, decent retention. wheat and spices, lots of spices, citrus, dry palate. average carbonation, medium body, dry herbal-citrusy relatively short finish. best of beau’s wild oat series. solidfunk (9407) - Washington D.C., Washington DC, USA - NOV 22, 2012
Smells a little like pumpkin but more on the wheat beer end of the scale. Pours a cloudy orange. Palate is a little watery. No head, medium carbonation. Definitely not worth the eight bucks they charge for a bottle of this. On tap at volos.
(Rating #3972)
