Purchased as part of Beau’s Oktoberfest Mix Pack.
Smelled like a wheat beer with spices and just a hint of pumpkin.
Poured a dark amber gold colour.
Taste was of a mild wheat beer with a little bit of spices to it. The pumpkin taste was not apparent.
Perfect amount of carbonation. Head all the way to the bottom of the glass. Smooth on the tongue with little aftertaste.
Overall I was very impressed with this brew. I was expecting the beer to be ruined by the pumpkin taste when in fact it was not noticeable. Great seasonal brew that I will be purchasing again.

600ml bottle from the LCBO. clear golden with a small white head. ginger and wheat malt nose. medium bodied, nicely spiced though not very pumpkin beer like. does not drink like a hefe at all, much more like a saison. great beer if you can get over that its nothing like it says it will be. Pours a hazy golden orange with a frothy and lacey white head. Aroma of pumpkin, cinnamon, nutmeg, sweet malts, light brown sugar and some wheat. Taste is zesty wheat malts, light citrus, balancing vegetal pumpkin flavor that’s real tasting as opposed to sweet extract. Great pumpkin wheat beer with a nice dry crisp finish! czar (9085) - Québec, Quebec, CANADA - OCT 7, 2011
tap at beau’s oktoberfest, vankleek hill, on. cloudy pale yellow with a nice white head, decent retention. wheat and spices, lots of spices, citrus, dry palate. average carbonation, medium body, dry herbal-citrusy relatively short finish. best of beau’s wild oat series. pootzboy (1739) - Kitchener, Ontario, CANADA - OCT 15, 2012
Bottle and on tap - pours a clouded orangey gold with a rich cap. Lots of natural effervescence. Demure aroma is a mutation of a Hefeweiss and a pumpkin beer - fruitiness just below a musky earthy squash tones and pumpkin spices prevalent. Flavor is also a amalgam of Hefe and pumpkin flavors much like pumpkin pie spritzer - bready, pumpkiny, spicey but with Weiss peppery carbonation and dryness - the finish dries and you get herbal-woody Hallertau bite at the end. A zesty pumpkin beer that is actually refreshing/quenching as well. More great innovative brewing from Beau’s.

Bottle, pours a cloudy yellow, aroma is spicey, of cinnimon and a wheaty spice, the flavour is really quite nice, it has a wheat flavour with a good pumpkin spice finish, enjoyable offering. DerWeg (1682) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - OCT 29, 2012
Bottle pours hazy gold and white head, lively aroma of citrus and hop plays into taste, flavor of crisp and citrusy hops and what may be ginger, finish lemon and nice hop dryness. Very original style. Jool (198) - - FEB 19, 2013
Bouteille 600 mL. Blonde trouble. Nez leger de muscade, de girofle et de muscade. Bouche de longueur moyenne avec une pointe epicee: girofle, muscade, esters et une finale sur la courge. Excellente biere de citrouille. Quevillon (3094) - Boisbriand, Quebec, CANADA - OCT 3, 2011
12 oz on tap at Beau’s Oktoberfest 2011, October 2, 2011. Misty Blonde, thin head. Spicy aroma of wheat, not much pumpkin. Taste of wheat and pumpkin very spicy, very dry, bitter spice. A very original pumpkin beer! VT (2527) - Quebec City, Quebec, CANADA - OCT 8, 2012
600 ml bottle. Pours a foggy yellow-white with a short-lasting white head. Smell is spices and pumpkin. Taste is very spicy (ginger, nutmeg, cinnamon), orange, pumpkin. Quite sweet, very subtle. Touch of orange and citrus in the finish. Some lingering orange-citrus-spice post-finish. Medium bodied. An excellent pumpkin ale.
