Bottle, Oktoberfest 2012 mix pack. Thanks Kristi! Medium to light yellow, good sized white head. Light grassy, yeasty, floral, sweet aroma. Taste is light, refreshing wheat with a nice sweetness and some rather interesting spice notes. A very solid drinkable beer with a lot of flavour.

Bouteille 600mL. Blonde translucide. Nez légèrement sucré, houblon subtile. Bouche me rappelant une pilsner avec un côté sucré, mielleux, caramel très léger et un brin d'amertume. Rien de spécial.

pours hazy light golden with a decent white head, retention and lacing. bready and slightly sweet malts, some light honey notes, relatively bland herbal-grassiness. average carbonation, light body - oily. no flaws really, quite boring but easily drinkable.

500ml bottle. Hazy gold colour, moderate creamy white head. Smells like honey and lager, not a strong aroma. Taste is quite mild, hints of honey, molasses and herbal hops. Light and freshing. Overall, easy drinking, but not much going on.

600 mL bottle. Pours a hazy golden color with a firm white head. Aroma is honey, chamomile and golden syrup, light molasses. Apricot and apple. High carbonation with a creamy mouth feel. Very interesting, would be a lively match for cheesecake or a cheese plate.

Bottle from the brewery. Slightly hazy light golden body with a finger of thick and creamy white foam that sticks around for most of the glass. Aroma is pleasant - some lightly toasted wheat, sweet grass, orange blossom honey, and a hint of yeast. Good body, crisp but also a bit creamy. Flavour is light and elegant, with the notes suggested by the flavour, along with a squeeze of citrus and a subtle herbal tone to finish. Understated but impressive.

(Rating #4592)

Bottle [600ml]. Pours a cloudy yellow-gold with a large mostly-lasting fluffy white head. Aroma of sweet fruit, light spices, honey, yeast and some light herbal notes -- aroma is mild but nice. Flavour of citrus, yeast and light hops along with some honey and mild spices. Decently bitter finish. Average to medium bodied. This is a nice surprise and underrated in my opinion, I quite enjoyed this. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Private Beaus buying club. Dirty blonde, some lace. Pilsner and other hops. Not much taste but a passable drinking beer. Some sulpher.
