The brewing process begins with a proprietary yeast strain. Unlike most pale ales, this yeast provides a mellow estery aroma that enhances the malty flavor aroused from 2-Row and Cargill Europils malts, as well as lending a subtle crispness. Beaver Blonde is characterized by its balanced hop bitterness and noticeable citrus hop nose which is crafted by generous "dry hopping" of lusty Simcoe & Amarillo hops. A touch of white wheat malt enhances the drinkability of this gorgeous brew for a refreshing blonde that goes down easy time after time. This is one Beaver you wont forget.

try my blonde beaver she said, i have to try her beaver she said. These are the words of the drunk neighbor to my soon to be father in law. He said, "Son, you need this tick" Its much less impressive than its back story, subpar on all accounts, thin, grainy and nothing else, nothing like the advertised title.

From a 12 oz into a pint. Pours a moderate haze. Beefy white head. Mouthfeel is light. Taste is crappy. Avoid. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Hazy gold with lots of small particulates and a rocky white head. Medium-light body with bubbly overcarbonation.

Aroma: citrusy hops, thorny grassy astringency, pale malt sweetness.

Taste: wild yeast infection, citrusy hops.

Rattle n Hum, NY tap ($7): Pours a blond color with a white head. Aroma is citrus, malts, and a bit of hops. Taste is much the same. This is basically a pretty forgettable session beer, but it is certainly not bad in being that.

12oz bottle in a shaker. Pours golden with a lacy, white head. Aroma of caramel and pale malts plus a decent amount of hops for the style. Flavor the same. Average texture. Hoppier and therefore better than I expected.
