Crystal clear yellow pour with no head. Malty aroma with detectable caramel notes. Light body and low carbonation. Taste. Is a bit bitter to my liking for the style. Bitter finish. decaturstevo (6343) - decatur, Tennessee, USA - APR 12, 2011
Clean golden/yellow pour with creamy white head and lace. Aroma of corn and paper, and a hint of light caramel. Corn, light caramel, wet paper, and a light bitter. Medium bodied and fizzy.

Pours a light gold color with a fizzy medium head that dissipates rather quickly. Aroma is slightly grainy with some malt coming through. Flavor is like most other blond ales I've tried...very mild but nothing offensive. Body is good for the style.
