Keg at Beavertown Extravaganza 2017. It pours cloudy yellow - gold with a medium white head. The aroma is soft, fresh, bready, earthy, toasted nut, coffee, toasty grain and some citrus peel. The taste is crisp, dry, earthy roast, wood, coffee, grass, bread, brioche and a bit of zesty citrus fruit kicking about through the finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Sounds odd, but I like the balance to this. Fun. Benzai (17008) - Oirschot, THE NETHERLANDS, NEW ZEALAND - SEP 25, 2017
Sampled @ Borefts Beer Festival 2017, day 1. Hazy pale yellow color, small to average sized white head. Smell and taste lightly malts, coffee surprisingly heavily, a nice mix between the coffee, coffee bitter and a slight citrussy thing in there. Cool brew!
