COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Peacher Man is back in town to “cleanse” your souls. Shining bright and hazy like honey and apricots the forbidden fruit will tempt even the most pious to stray. Bring that holy chalice up to your nose and inhale the sweet, intoxicating, holy incense. A miasma of Peach yoghurt and fuzzy peach skin pervades, with hints of banana and vanilla lurking in the shadows. Now for the sacrament, on the tongue classic witbier, all citrus peel, light spice and creamy, full bodied wheat lead into heavenly choirs of more peach yoghurt, vanilla and dried apricots. The final blessing comes in the form of a pithy, mouth-wateringly bitter finish that will leave you possessed and talking in tongues.

Can at home from Offie & Toffee. Weird. A definite, yet subtle, flavour from the peach that was well matched against a light sourness across the profile. This was my type of sour, something that added another layer of flavour. It looked good in the glass and had a rich, fruit pulp mouthfeel. Did I like it? Overall probably not, the sweetness was a touch to heavy for my liking. Worth trying though.

33cl can at Beavertown Taproom on 22-Jul-2017. Hazy yellowish orange colour with a medium sized white head. Aroma is slightly funky - yeast and summer fruit. Light to medium body and carbonation. Peaches and apricot dominate the taste - some vanilla and citrus peel. Fresh and tasty.

Can at home sourced from Hop, Burns and Black, thereby referred to as HB&B. A translucent golden coloured pour with a lasting creamy white head. Aroma is big wit yeast, doughy wheat, sweet apricot and peach notes. Light peach melba soap on the nose. Flavour is composed of soft bready wheat, pillowy grains, apricot, orange and peach fruits. Tangy orange finish. Palate is pillowy soft, airy carbonation. Lingering peach and apricot fruit. Decent.
