Black color, brownish head. Beautiful smoked, dark chocolate and coffee aroma. Similar in taste, nice balance. jooilakon (260) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - JUN 23, 2017
Can 330 ml from OddBins, Notting Hill Gate. Aromas of coffee, chocolate, smoke and subtle caramel. Light brown head and black body. Taste of coffee, milk chocolate and smokey tones. Oiolosse (143) - Granada, SPAIN - JUN 11, 2017
Not bad. beerelk (47) - AUSTRIA - JUN 10, 2017
From can, nice dark color, and aroma of decent smokiness - but not too much! That’s the part I liked, the taste was quite metallic and not enjoyable at all. Maybe it’s because it’s not the freshest one anymore, I’ll try again, but this time I did not really like it. bastarda (507) - Freiburg, GERMANY - JUN 1, 2017
A superbalanced, dry smoked porter, packed with aromas/taste of sweet smoke (alderwood smoked malts?), sweet licorice (without being sweet at all) , bitter chocolate, herbs and dark berries. Well done, nice you can get those cans all over the place now. A beer that should definitely be enjoyed again and again, straight from the can.

330ml can. Pours black with a one finger tan head, dissipating quickly to a thin film. Aroma: smokey, roasted malt, vanilla, chocolate. Taste: smoke, roasted malt, chocolate, vanilla, toffee, nice balance of sweet and bitter flavours, long finish, bitter and smokey. Medium-full body, slick creamy texture, moderate carbonation. Pretty good. Tinaccio (469) - Milano, ITALY - MAY 18, 2017
Tasted at home with my flatmate. Thank you Andrew! It pours dark brown with a medium, frothy, creamy, beige head. Aroma is vanilla, smoked malts, roasted malts, coffee, toffee, caramel. Taste is medium sweet and light bitter. Body is medium, carbonation is soft, texture is creamy. Finish is sweet with roasted malty notes. Overall average, not bad but nothing to remember. nathanvc (644) - Brugge, BELGIUM - MAY 18, 2017
Can at Le Trappiste, Bruges. Pours hazy black with a small, foamy, beige head that leaves little lacing. The aroma contains roasted malt, coffee, dark chocolate, oats, licorice and smoke or smoked meat. It tastes light sweet and light to medium bitter with a medium long roasted finish. Soft carbonation, medium body, slick but not thin. A very enjoyable, new experience. vbaudry (153) - - MAY 9, 2017
Nose of roasted malt and smoke, hints of coffee.
In mouth it’s incredibly subtle and balanced, light to medium body. Just the right amount of smokiness, and also very round and fresh. Exactly at the crossroads of sweet and bitter.
Very easy to drink and very subtle but not watery at all. Great porter. AWS9 (737) - Mississauga, Ontario, CANADA - MAY 1, 2017
Can. Decent, very dark brown pour. Lots of dark coffee-malt notes that really kick in nicely in the finish. Toast, wood, walnut. Mouth feel is a bit sugary, but otherwise goes down nicely. Very solid!
