3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 1/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle. Nose is strongly yoghurt, slight lemon and clementine, slight rye and honey. Appearance is uninviting, a cloudy orange. Taste is acidic leading to lemon, slight green apple and lettuce. Very short finish with slight honey. Mouthfeel is very thin with slight carbonation.
It is not a style I have had before, so can;t distinguish between my thoughts on the beer from thoughts on the style. Quaffable but not spectacular.
A hazy amber beer with a thin yellowish head. The aroma has notes of spices and herbs. The flavor is sweet with notes of lemons, herbs, menthol, and malt, leading to a tart finish. Martinus (4610) - Baarle-Nassau, NETHERLANDS - NOV 8, 2015
Clear amber colour, no real head. Sour aroma, raisins, malts and rye. Sour flavour, vinegar, citric acid. Bit thin. Finish rye. Not really kvass, imho.VsXsV (4465) - Stockholm, SWEDEN - DEC 30, 2014

Bottle - Malty and medicinal. Clear copper with no head. Pure vinegar and I wouldn’t even mix it with oil. This did not age well, and I can’t blame the brewer as it was past it’s prime. Rasmus40 (21289) - Beder, Aarhus, DENMARK - JUN 16, 2014
CBC. Hazy dark golden with an off-white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, fruity and milky. Flavor is medium sweet and light acidic. Dry and light acidic finish. Not sure this was intended by the brewer, but it works for me. 030514 pentaz (1264) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - JUN 11, 2014
