Bottle best by Oct. 2012, consumed in Nov. 2011: Orangish golden. Fluffy white ring of head. Pleasant and clean on the nose, with hard peach candy, honeyed biscuit, minerals and flowers (honeysuckle). Small-bubbled, but foamy, carbonation. Big, honey-doused malt sweetness arrives in rich waves on initial taste. Melanoidins emerge subtly, only to be washed away by moderate push of alcohol. A fruity twang gels with the rich, candylike bock sugars. Despite the robust sweetness, there is a wealth of crackery and haylike pils malt for balance and sugar absorption. Ends with a polished and deeply floral hop punch that’s supported by a sturdy base of honeyed Munich. Other than some minor concrete notes here and there, this is a mostly clean, if straightforward, rendition with good malt structure. Erzengel (9082) - Wuppertal, GERMANY - JUN 9, 2015
Sweetish floral beginning. The beer is fresh and malty, slightly sweetish, not too bitter with herbal malty hints in the mainpart. Fresh, smooth, caramel. A bit sharp bitter in the end, soft and easy to drink but not too deep. Beerhunter111 (21975) - P´Castle, GERMANY - FEB 10, 2014

Cloudy orange with yeast particles and a white head. Aroma is caramel, yeast and peach. Taste is medium sweet caramelly malt with yeasty notes and a quick dry finish. Thin palate for the ABV. One of the better examples in a style I usually find no use for. Grima (2499) - Merzkirchen, RLP, GERMANY - FEB 14, 2012
Sorry for the german rating, but this is a lousy rating from my "newbie" time (2007-2009), and it’s not worth of being translated. I just added it for the statistics, and to complete my backlog!

(500ml bottle) Courtesy of Joss. So highly bready. Strangely interesting and flavourful for 7%.
