Not bad at all, pours a clear, dark copper but with almost zero head. Great color. Aroma is malty and bready just like I enjoy. Flavor is similarly malty, though a bit thin with a slightly bitter aftertaste. A bit too carbonated for my liking making this somewhat prickly. Overall much better than expected and would drink again.

Pours a clear, but dark copper color. About half finger light tan head. Light retention, light lacing.

Aroma is malt malt malt. Medium roasted malt. Caramel, light molasses. There might be some very light floral or herbal hops. Smells inviting, can’t wait to dive in.

Taste follows the nose. Sweet roasted malts. Caramel, molasses, bready. Simple, tasty.

Mouthfeel is medium bodied. Easy drinking, super drinkable. It’s semi dry. There’s a touch of bitterness toward the end, not overwhelming. But it comes in too late for balance.

Overall, it’s a fine marzen. Simple, nothing fancy, does the trick. Absolutely, I recommend this. I am surprised by this. I absolutely would buy this again.!

It has the taste of a normal Beck’s lager really dominating the maltiness that I like about Oktoberfests - not worth getting again, spend $1 more on almost any other widely available 6-packs and it will be better.

Clear Reddish Copper Color, Medium Small White Froth Head, Light Spotty Lacing. Malt Aroma. Malt, Some Sweet Notes, Caramel, Light Bitter Hop Finish. Not The Best for Style but Decent Enough. Drinkable. OK.

Lots of rust and some copper in this. Pours amber with ok head. Definitely better cold, and I drank this warm on the beach from a cooler. Bottle.

Took 2 of these from a friends party, enjoyed at home. It’s ok, nothing outstanding, not a great Oktoberfest brew, but gets the job done.

Out of the green bottle... Nothing really sticking out worth mentioning... It seems like an average beer. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
