330ml bottle from a Lider supermaket in Providencia. Santiago, Nov. 2016. Pours a clear bright reddish color with a small fizzy white head that diminishes slowly leaving a thin film. Aroma is malty, with a good solid profile showing notes of biscuit, bread, caramel and some fruity touches. Slight hints of apple and pear. Quite good. Taste is light, not overblowing, but solid. Mostly sweet, biscuity, with good bitter balance from (probably) Saaz hops. Herbal and apple touches near the finish. Light to medium body. Highly drinkable. I drank gallons of these in the last few days when meeting some friends. Great when in the mood for a simple, straight-forward lager with character.

354 ml bottle. Bought in a Lider supermarket in Santiago. Dark amber/pale color, low head. little smell, some yeast, red fruits, honey sweetness to it. Easy to drink, super sweet ending, and pale beggining, nuts it there. Like a belgium beer without the strength. Well made and balanced. Pretty good value for money.

(bottle) Samples at Gee’s Oktoberfest last month. I will be generous and say maybe this is much better fresh from the keg in the Deutscheland. But this is a poor offering for the biggest beer celebration on earth.

Had this from the bottle. Part of a mixed Octoberfest case I bought at total wine. The head initially was nice but very short lived. Clear dark amber color. Some malt on the nose but very weak nose. Bright in the mouth with malt and some hops. F Avey---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

12 oz. green bottle. Crystal clear orange/amber with an off-white head. Smells kind of like what I think Beck’s lager smells like with a bit of slightly charred grain and lager yeast. The taste has this too. Light, slightly watery body. A bit of nice German malt comes through but it’s not very dominate. This lingers in the after taste which is nice. Easy to drink and refreshing, but not very interesting. Given the green bottle, I wonder if it’s better fresh.

12 oz. bottle, 5.2% abv. Clear, copper-amber with a thin film of bubbles. Nose of toffee, lightly tart apple, bread and dried grass. Tastes of the same, but muted a bit by some cardboard notes. Near-medium bodied beer walks the delicate balance required of the style and has medium carbonation. Pretty decent industrial brew.

Not bad at all, pours a clear, dark copper but with almost zero head. Great color. Aroma is malty and bready just like I enjoy. Flavor is similarly malty, though a bit thin with a slightly bitter aftertaste. A bit too carbonated for my liking making this somewhat prickly. Overall much better than expected and would drink again.
