UPDATED: DEC 1, 2017 Tried on draft and by the bottle. Both taste like an average wholesale lager with little to offer from a taste point of view

A very pleasant tasting Lager with a very gentle taste but without too much aroma. Not brilliant but very acceptable. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

On tap at pub in Shoreditch. Pours a pale yellow gold with a thin head. Funky notes. Not pleasant aroma, standard cheap lager smell. Very basic flavour palate. Minimal flavour, and over carbonated for my liking. This is as average as macro lagers can get.

Had in 2011 at Bridge, in terminal 3 of Heathrow on my trip to Qatar. Pours a golden colour with a small white cap, not lasting long and no lacing. Smells bad, kind of like sewage. Tastes better with a light dry start and grain showing in the finish. Low carbonation, dry mouthfeel. Quite different from the normal Beck's, mostly dryer. Nothing I would have again though.

UPDATED: AUG 31, 2017 On draught, gives an oddly dry texture that fizzles away in the mouth, leaving you thirstier than when you started. Bottles taste like any other mass market lager. Headache inducing stuff.

Koncernowy lager iak wiele innych. Aromatem I smakiem nie powala. Chmielu tez ciezko sie doszukac ale schlodzony jest calkiem znosny.

UPDATED: DEC 10, 2017 Mediocre lager. Tried on draught and in a can around the launch and since. The 4% is a gimmick for InBev to pay less tax. Pours golden with a decent head. Taste is hoppy, but not as skunky as normal Becks, the finish is slightly malty with some cardboard notes. OK at a party, BBQ or Bar Mitzvah, but not worth bothering with otherwise.

Pint on tap at the Kings Arms in Cookham. Pours pale yellow with a small but lasting white head. Aroma is grain and skunk. Taste is light sweet, water, corn. Not great.

Draft at Hotel bar, Marriott, London. Clear gold with a really nice, creamy, lasting head. Pale malts and grass, finishes fairly bitter. Not much going on here, but it is crisp and clean. Good for a hot day chugger.
