UPDATED: SEP 14, 2017 Draft @ London St. Pancreas - Eurostar bar. Had some loose coins and didn't realize that I had already ticked this one. Golden hazy. Served too cold, vegetable, oil, peanuts nose. Taste is low bitter, thick oily cooked vegetable, cooked apple, faint ice tea. Body is too cold, touch watery. Not as terrible as I expected.

On tap at pub in Shoreditch. Pours a pale yellow gold with a thin head. Funky notes. Not pleasant aroma, standard cheap lager smell. Very basic flavour palate. Minimal flavour, and over carbonated for my liking. This is as average as macro lagers can get.

Had in 2011 at Bridge, in terminal 3 of Heathrow on my trip to Qatar. Pours a golden colour with a small white cap, not lasting long and no lacing. Smells bad, kind of like sewage. Tastes better with a light dry start and grain showing in the finish. Low carbonation, dry mouthfeel. Quite different from the normal Beck's, mostly dryer. Nothing I would have again though.

UPDATED: AUG 31, 2017 On draught, gives an oddly dry texture that fizzles away in the mouth, leaving you thirstier than when you started. Bottles taste like any other mass market lager. Headache inducing stuff.

Koncernowy lager iak wiele innych. Aromatem I smakiem nie powala. Chmielu tez ciezko sie doszukac ale schlodzony jest calkiem znosny.

Pint on tap at the Kings Arms in Cookham. Pours pale yellow with a small but lasting white head. Aroma is grain and skunk. Taste is light sweet, water, corn. Not great.

Draft at Hotel bar, Marriott, London. Clear gold with a really nice, creamy, lasting head. Pale malts and grass, finishes fairly bitter. Not much going on here, but it is crisp and clean. Good for a hot day chugger.

Grumbo (3753) - Ipswich, Suffolk, ENGLAND - MAR 27, 2016
Historic rating, draft at Fat Cat, Ipswich. Pours light gold with a small bubbly white head. Aroma of light hop. Light bitterness and sweetness. Crisp, light body. Prefer this to regular Beck’s.

Towey1989 (3157) - Stoke On Trent, Staffordshire, ENGLAND - FEB 22, 2016
Keg at Poundpub, Leek. A clear golden colour with a fizzy white head. Aroma of grain, cereal, subtle banana and a hint of grassy hops. Taste of grain, cereal, subtle banana, a little metal and very subtle grassy hops. Light bodied and moderate carbonation. A short, grainy bitterness in the finish. Not a bad lager, just really boring. Surprisingly smooth though.

RichTheVillan (8110) - Birmingham, West Midlands, ENGLAND - NOV 14, 2015
Keg at Edmunds Brewhouse; clear golden yellow pour with a creamy white head, aroma has grass, taste has some grass, light malts.
