COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our original Beck’s is a classic German lager beer with a distinctive full-bodied taste, fresh "hoppy" bouquet, golden color and full rich head. Adding to its complexity is a slightly fruity but firm crispness and a dry, clean finish.

A fairly tasty european beer, beautiful clear colour and easy drinking taste. Nothing too special but still quite tasty.

Good carbonation, good lacing. That is all I really have good to say about this beer. Truly skunky and only slightly better than Heineken. Pretty average Euro brew.

Eirikur (386) - hafnarfjordur, ICELAND - OCT 15, 2003
Looks very nice, fair aroma for a pilsener, medium flavour, pour palate, a fine beer overall a fine beer with a stale and short aftertaste.

Better than Heineken, especially when drafts are compared. Still a green bottle skunker though.

Always tasty, never blows you away, and has a nice aftertaste perfect for casual sipping and a heavy night at the bar

Lacking a lot. It makes up for it however with its large quantities of boring flavor.

Its a simple pilsener, although it is a bit dry. Doesnt have a nice appearance though. Pretty average. cheers

seemed like the german equivalent of budwiezer. very weak, weaK SMELL, urine colored. slighly better than bud or coors.

Once upon a time, this was all you could get of German pils in Scandinavia, and in those days this was really an experiencw. But now I´m not that amused by this "standardpils" there are many better in Germany.
