Our original Beck’s is a classic German lager beer with a distinctive full-bodied taste, fresh "hoppy" bouquet, golden color and full rich head. Adding to its complexity is a slightly fruity but firm crispness and a dry, clean finish.

The coloring is not what I look for in a beer. It had a little bit of a bite that could make your stomach turn after a night of heavy pounding. All in all, I still will buy it in its 22oz bottle.

UPDATED: JAN 13, 2018 Piwo klarowne z delikatną piana, bez lacingu. W aromacie czuć mokry karton. W smaku jak zwykły międzynarodowy lager.

Previously had many before I got into craft beer. This review is for my first bottle after craft beer: Appearance: Yellow body, white head which didn't last. 2 Aroma: Hay, light citrus. 5 Taste: Lager malt, grain, hay, tiny citrus note. 5 Palate: Average carbonation, slightly thin. 2 Overall: Not bad tasting for a ABI lager. It has a March 2017 BB date but it tastes like how I remember it.

Becks 12oz bottle - Picked up at Camp Stanley burger bar after trip to Camp Red Cloud library to get some CD’s to copy. Nice saturday get away from everyone. Very pale, almost white yellow. Minimal foam, nicely balanced hop and malt aroma, firm body, like a German model on a beer poster. Quite dry in finish, as if giving the impression that it’s no longer on your breath and feel safe to go back to work after having one or more for/with lunch. Crisp and light on the middle and tip of tongue, as if to possess it and spew hot game on the Korea-for-a-year 8’s who will revert to 5-6 status once back in ‘States. After sitting a while, gets a bit more malty in balance and grainy aroma takes over, most likely mirroring what your breath actually smells like going back to work after that two+ beer lunch. At least the bitterness of that gig has been replaced by sweet sugar malt coating your perception of life. Probably why beer has always been so popular.

330ml bottle. Pours pale gold. Lemon, bread, a real vinegar thing and a faint vomit note that's hard to ignore. Worse than remembered.

330 ml from bottle. Corn, citrus. Medium bitterness, slightly metallic. Carbonation is soft, light bodied. Boring macro pale lager.
