en fût sur place, belle bière cuivrée, nez houblonné, bouche amère, longue et agréable, un de leurs meilleurs produits. DougShoemaker (3146) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - AUG 29, 2007
Nose is a sweet hops, copper, with a small off-white head. Taste is sweet malt, treacle. Light bodied, sweet, with a trace of bitterness. Good. Sammy (12601) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - AUG 24, 2007
Enjoyed at the brew pub. Average red, though light, with bitterness and malt. Good bitterness, citrus. Amber with white head and lacey. Easy drinking. Glouglouburp (6103) - Montreal, Quebec, CANADA - AUG 20, 2007
Almost clear copper body with a medium beige head. Basic caramelized malts but lots of it, basic leafy hops but lots of it. Toasted bread with caramel, some wood, mild-medium bitterness. The regular “amber” beer for the pub customers who wanna move on past the regular “blonde”. Doesn’t go off the beaten path but for the genre it has an unusually full body, packs a lot of flavours and achieves an excellent balance. Expertly brewed basic session beer that I really enjoyed. Brings a smile to my face. And I like to smile. Makes people wonder what I’m up to.

Appearance :Fine hazed amber , neat large , thick creamy, buttery top
Aroma: Sweet , rich caramelized candy , aroma gently balanced with hints of hops on top and ginger at base .6+
Flavour/Palate: Sweet , rich malts soft bodied , green raw , wet hops at back and edges. Woody , light brown malt character below . Sweeter , lighter top. Clean and smooth finish with faint hop presence.
Copper in colour, thin beige coloured head, average retention, some lacing. The aroma is lightly malty - mainly caramel, some bread, some floral hop balance. The flavour is hoppy (floral, herbs and fresh grass), very light orange citrus, caramel sweetness, toasty. Moderatly bitter mouthfeel, medium body, medium/high carbonation. Finishes long, bitter and floral. Very refreshing, excellent lingering finish, bursting with flavour.

Amber color, it has a sweet taste of caramel and anaroma of oranges and spices. You can just taste some bitterness. This is a good and real amber ale. Taster at Bieres et Saveurs Chambly 06. Quevillon (3158) - Boisbriand, Quebec, CANADA - SEP 4, 2006
Bu à la Fête Bière et Saveurs 05, en fut (#17). Rousse orangée, petit collet. Arome d’houblon légèrement sucré. Très petit goût d’houblon, pas trop amère. Lubiere (14133) - Ottawa, Ontario, CANADA - JAN 9, 2006
Opalescent red amber ale with a resilinet lacing moka head. Malty aroma reminiscent of brewing day with nice nutty notes and cocoa. Very nice rich malt with good hops in finish, a bit sweet and roasted caramel. Rich bodied.
