Mango, honey and caramel all elevate the malty sweetness to near-complexity, as a cereal touch adds freshness.
Sweet honeyed malt and light citrusy bitterness make for a spicy blend. Pillowy carbonation eases the quaffing, but might get boring after a while. Well-made for long sessions and conversations.
The best view is definitely not towards the bottom of the staircase, but at least there is a staircase.
BQ2010. Pours a clear, light body with no head. Aroma is bitter hops. Flavor is hops and sand. TaktikMTL (7975) - Montréal, Quebec, CANADA - MAY 23, 2005

Palette: Corps moyen avec une texture huileuse. Moyenne effervescence en bouche. Arrière goût de caramel. (Rating #159) CaptainCougar (7634) - Columbia, Maryland, USA - JUL 11, 2005
Pours a clear deep copper amber with a nice, lightly-lacing off-white head. Aroma is semi-sweet, toasty and enticing. Body is full and malty (at least for an amber) with a good, crisp bitter finish. This is a very nice, extremely drinkable and enjoyable amber that I wish I could keep in my fridge for occasional refreshment.
